My passion for languages and the cultures of other countries has accompanied me since I was very young. Traveling, getting to know other cultures and their people, and being able to communicate with them led me to choose this profession. In 2019, I graduated as a translator and interpreter of English, German, and Spanish at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

With great interest, I began to explore and discovered that legal translation was my calling, so I took the plunge. In 2021, I completed my master’s degree in Professional Legal and Economic Translation at the Institute of Higher Linguistic Studies.

During my stay in Germany, I took and passed the exam for the seminar in German law for translators and interpreters (Rechtssprache Seminar für Dolmetscher und Übersetzer). It is a nationally recognized exam and is one of the requirements to apply for recognition as a sworn translator in Germany.

In 2023, I have been recognised as a member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists in the UK so I can provide certified translations for public institutions in the UK.

Furthermore, I regularly attend seminars, courses, and conferences to expand my knowledge in both the linguistic sector and the legal systems of the languages I work with.

• I specialize in translating legal texts from German or English into Spanish, such as contracts, statutes, private company documentation, academic certificates, resumes, employment certificates, etc.
• I have worked as an interpreter from English to Spanish and from German to Spanish at international fairs in Germany, such as the International Glass Fair. I have interpreted for both private clients and institutions, including the Ministry of Culture of Colombia.
• I also accompany and serve as a linguistic bridge by interpreting from English to Spanish for private clients during medical appointments or when handling procedures at the national police station, such as NIE management, TIE issuance, or in the case of complaints or any other procedure that requires the presence of an interpreter.
• I attend notaries as an English-Spanish interpreter for the signing of contracts, deeds of statements, etc.

• Speaker at the Translation and Interpretation Conference of the Canary Islands 2023, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
• Speaker at the National Meeting of Translators and Interpreters, University of Salamanca.
• Speaker at the Translation and Interpretation Conference of the Canary Islands 2022, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

I provide English, Spanish and German translation services in Tenerife, Gran Canaria, La Palma and other Canary Islands. Moreover, as nowadays a face-to-face appointment for the translation of English, Spanish and German documents is no longer necessary, I also work with clients from other places in Spain and abroad, such as: Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, Mallorca, Valencia, London, Manchester, Liverpool, Düsseldorf, Hanover, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, etc.
